While attending OU Law, Wyatt was selected as a Centennial Scholar, Comfort Scholar, and received the Frank and Edna Asper Elkouri Scholarship. Following graduation from law school, Wyatt scored in the top 2% on the Uniform Bar Examination. Wyatt is a member of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, and Oklahoma Association for Justice, and is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma State Courts and the Western District of Oklahoma. Since starting as a legal intern at Climb Collective in the Summer of 2018, Wyatt has worked closely with numerous clients on a variety of unique cannabis-related legal matters—from drafting formational documents creating and governing OMMA-licensed growers, processors, and dispensaries, to representing licensees (and potential licensees) in front of political and quasi-judicial governing bodies in property-related matters across Oklahoma. As such, Wyatt offers a breadth of knowledge spanning numerous practice areas, including Contracts, Property Law, Torts, and Corporate Law. Furthermore, as Oklahoma’s cannabis industry often demands, Wyatt provides representation in both transactional and litigation matters.
