About Us

Climb Collective

Operationally focused counsel for a Highly Regulated industry.

Founded in Oklahoma City in 2019, Climb Collective was built to support entrepreneurs, operators, cultivators, and investors navigating one of the country’s fastest-moving and most highly regulated industries. What began as a cannabis-focused consulting firm has evolved into a modern business and regulatory law firm serving clients across Oklahoma in complex operational, administrative, and transactional matters. Our team works closely with businesses at every stage of growth, providing strategic legal guidance grounded in real-world operational experience and practical business understanding. We understand the pressure operators face when regulations shift, licenses are challenged, or operational decisions carry significant legal and financial consequences. That perspective shapes the way we approach every matter — with urgency, clarity, and a focus on protecting long-term business stability.

Our work spans far beyond regulatory response. Climb Collective advises businesses on operating agreements, ownership structuring, commercial contracts, trademark filings, lease review, and broader legal infrastructure designed to support long-term growth. We approach transactional work with the same practical mindset we bring to enforcement matters, focusing on clear structure, operational efficiency, and reducing avoidable risk before issues arise. Rather than relying on unnecessary complexity or drawn-out legal process, we prioritize direct communication, strategic thinking, and solutions that work in practice. We are selective about the matters we take on and committed to providing honest guidance that helps businesses make informed decisions with confidence.

KAIMBRI CURTIS

Kaimbri Curtis is an Oklahoma attorney whose practice focuses on cannabis law, regulatory compliance, administrative litigation, and business representation. She represents licensed businesses across the cannabis industry, helping clients navigate licensing, enforcement actions, high-stakes regulatory disputes, and complex transactions with a practical, business-first approach.

Since entering practice following the passage of State Question 788, Kaimbri has represented clients in hundreds of matters before the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority and the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control. Her work spans investigations, compliance actions, license denials and revocations, contested administrative proceedings, and the day-to-day regulatory challenges that come with operating in one of Oklahoma’s most heavily regulated industries.

She also represents businesses before the Oklahoma Water Resources Board, the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, and the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission, giving her broad experience advising clients across Oklahoma’s evolving regulatory landscape.

Kaimbri graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law after earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. While in law school, she was published in the American Indian Law Review for her article examining tribal cannabis law, one of Oklahoma’s earliest scholarly analyses of cannabis regulation.

Her path into cannabis law was personal. After losing her father to terminal cancer, Kaimbri knew she wanted to build a career advocating for safe, regulated access to medical cannabis. She intentionally chose Oklahoma because she believed meaningful reform was on the horizon. That belief proved true when State Question 788 passed the year she graduated from law school, allowing her to help shape the industry from its earliest days.

Beyond representing clients, Kaimbri has remained actively involved in developing Oklahoma’s cannabis laws. She served as Vice President of the Oklahoma Cannabis Industry Association from 2021 through 2024 and worked alongside industry leaders and lawmakers on legislation, including contributing to portions of Senate Bill 1635 governing final product testing standards. She also regularly teaches continuing legal education courses and speaks throughout Oklahoma on cannabis law and regulatory compliance.

Kaimbri has been recognized as a NextGen 30 Under 30 honoree, selected to Oklahoma Super Lawyers Rising Stars multiple years, and is a Barrister member of the Luther Bohanon American Inn of Court.

Clients appreciate Kaimbri because she understands that every regulatory issue is ultimately a business issue. Whether defending a license, guiding a transaction, or helping a company stay operational, her focus is the same: finding practical solutions that protect what her clients have worked so hard to build.
